Our prices are in euros and do not include breakage and theft insurance. We are happy to offer you comprehensive protection against breakage and theft!

On request, additional insurance can be taken out for your hire skis or hire snowboard. This reduces the excess if you report the theft to the police and provide police confirmation. The additional insurance is only valid for skis and snowboards and must be taken out and paid for in advance.

What does our equipment insurance cover?

If you hire skis or a snowboard via our webshop or in the shop, you can take out additional equipment insurance. This insurance covers most of the damage (and theft) that your skis or snowboard may suffer during winter sports.

The cost of the insurance is 10% of the total rental amount paid.

General terms and conditions:

  • Insured in the event of damage to the skis or snowboard.
  • Insured in the event of theft with an excess of €50.

If you have not taken out insurance, the following rules apply:

  • In the event of damage to the skis or snowboard, repair costs up to a maximum of €50 will be charged.
  • In the event of theft of your skis or snowboard, 100% of the purchase value will be charged. You must report this to us and can claim it back with your travel insurance.

What if you have booked through one of our partners?

With some of our partners you also have the option of property insurance. In the event of damage or theft, you should contact the partner concerned to find out what the possible solution is. We will of course help you!
